WORKING HOURS: 40 hours/ week (minimum)
JOB LOCATION: Rod Yawd Thai Cuisine, LLC dba Thai Wok ToGo 1910 Village Center
Circle Ste #3 Las Vegas, NV 89134
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Thai Wok ToGo offers delicious Thai cuisine. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cook will perform the following duties:
1. Cook traditional Thai dishes using knowledge in authentic Thai cooking and recipes;
2.. Prepare a variety of types of authentic Thai sauces for stir fry dishes and Thai pastes for curry dishes;
3. Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;
4. Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices;
5. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and
6. Check stock levels and order supplies.
REQUIREMENTS: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
